Overview

In view of large pilgrim inflow expected during Godavari Pushkaralu 2027, traffic diversions and parking arrangements have been planned across major ghats and pilgrim routes to ensure smooth traffic flow, pilgrim safety and easy access to all important locations.

Traffic Diversions

The following traffic diversions will be in place from 15 May 2027 to 30 July 2027:

• Heavy vehicles are restricted from entering the Pushkaram areas between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• One-way traffic will be implemented on major routes near ghats.
• Alternate routes are designated for local residents and essential services.
• Clear signages and help desks will be available at all major junctions.

Parking Arrangements

Designated parking areas have been identified at convenient locations. Shuttle services will be available from parking zones to ghats.
